The induction blankets easily conform to circular and flat plates and install in a matter of seconds and are.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the air-cooled induction heating cables can be wrapped into coils of various shapes and sized to fit almost any induction heating application.

Liquid-Cooled

Liquid-Cooled System

For heating applications up to 1450° F (Preheating, Hydrogen Bake Out, Post Weld Heat Treatment, and various other heating applications)

Designed with flexibility in mind, the liquid-cooled induction heating cables can be wrapped into coils of various shapes and sized to fit almost any induction heating application.

Rolling Inductor

Rolling Induction System

For heating rotating or moving applications up to 600° F (Preheating and various other heating applications)

This compact device delivers fast and consistent heat to any part that is moving.  Each rolling inductor can deliver up to 20KW of power and this power is focused to allow exceptionally fast and concentrated heat directly onto the moving part.

Features

Improved working environment is created during welding. Welders are not exposed to open flame, explosive gases and hot elements associated with fuel gas heating and resistance heating.

Easy set-up is achieved using flexible heating cables combined with user-friendly insulation blankets.

On-board temperature control provides for manual or temperature based programming in a simple-to-learn operator interface.

Uniform heating is maintained along and through the heat zone by using induction to heat within the material. The surface of the part is not marred by localized conducted heat at higher than specified temperatures.

Time-to-temperature is faster than conventional processes due to the method of applying heat, reducing cycle time
