Air-Cooled Cables (available in 30 ft, 50 ft, or 80 ft lengths) are flexible to be used on pipe, plate or odd geometries. Air-Cooled Quick Wrap is a simple tool for pipe applications 10 inches OD and below.

ArcReach® Heater Extension Cable

Air-cooled cables or quick wraps connect to the side of the ArcReach Heater. Up to six thermocouple sensors connect to the yellow panel and provide temperature feedback from the piece that is being heated.

Air-cooled Quick Wrap

Works on pipe with outside diameter of 10-1.5 inches and up to a 600° F (315°C). Most joints will require two quick wraps to be used simultaneously -- one on each side of the joint. Add preheat insulation based on temperature requirements.
