Bernard® AccuLock™ S consumables feature an enchanced contact tip-to-diffuser design. The contact tip is 60% buried within the diffuser for less exposure to the heat of the weld and more cooling from shielding gas for 2-3x longer life.

Tapers lock the contact tip to the diffuser and the diffuser to the neck for excellent electrical conductivity.
Cooling Tail
Contact tip tail is cooled inside the diffuser by shielding gas.
