• TKSA Standard Duty Track and Carriage

  TKSA standard duty side beam track is a very rigid structural section. Case-hardened tool steel roundaways are mounted to the tip and bottom of the track. The carriage rides on the track with three sets of self-aligning bearing clusters. Weight capacity of the carriage is 300 lbs. at 12 in. from the mounting face. Tracking accuracy of the carriage along the track will be ± 0.015 in. per 10 ft. length.

• TKMV Medium Duty Track and Carriage

  TKMV medium duty V-way side beam track is a very ridged rectangular steel structure. Flame hardened V-ways are mounted to the top and bottom of the track. The carriage rides on the track using V-way wheels. Weight capacity of the carriage is 1,000 lbs. at 4 in. from the mounting face. Tracking accuracy of the carriage along the track will be ± 0.015 in. per 10 ft. length.

• TKHV Heavy Duty Track and Carriage

  TKHV heavy duty V-way side beam track is a very rigid rectangular steel structure. Flame hardened V-ways are mounted to the top and bottom of the track. The carriage rides on the track using V-way wheels. The carriage rides on the track using V-way wheels. Weight capacity of the carriage is 1,000 lbs. at 12 in. from the mounting face. Tracking accuracy of the carriage along the track will be ± 0.015 in. per 10 ft. length.

• TKL Positioning Track and Carriage

  TKL flatway side beam track is fabricated from flat plate, which is reinforced using a structural channel section. The carriage rides on the track with three anti-friction bearing assemblies. Weight capacity of the carriage is 300 lbs. at 12 in. from the mounting face. Best used for positioning weld head assembly over, turning rolls or other fixturing equipment.

• Carriage options

  Non-powered carriages. Best used for positioning weld head assembly over a lathe, turning rolls, or other fixturing equipment when the part is under the carriage. Powered Carriages are used for linear welding applications and are available in multiple speed ranges to meet the needs of your application. Can be used for positioning non-powered carriages.
