• Hot Wire Process

  Jetline hot wire process system includes: 9700W microprocessor control, 4 roll feed assembly, hot wire power source (Note: GTAW Power Source required and sold separately), hot wire torch, and hot wire torch positioner assembly.

• 9700W Microprocessor Controller

  The 9700W control is user-friendly and uses simple menu commands to guide the operator through the setting up and operation of the unit. Functions include Setting of wire feed speed, setting of wire start delay time, setting of wire stop delay time, wire Jog before start of weld, Wire retract at end of weld.

• 4 Roll Feed Assembly

  Wire drive assembly consists of a 4-drive roll system controlled by the 9700W Control. Includes 8' cable from drive assembly to 9700W. A transparent cover designed to protect the wire from the dust and dirt of the manufacturing environment is included.

• Hot wire torch positioner assembly

  The hot wire torch positioner assembly mounts to the welding torch with a universal bracket with fine adjustment to position where the wire enters the weld puddle.

• Flexibility

  Jetline 9700W Wire Feeder Control can be used with new 9700 Series Controls and upgrading old Jetline and non-Jetline equipment. 9700W is backwards compatible with the 9629HW Hot Wire Feed Control.

• Hot Wire Torch

  The hot wire torch is designed to guide the wire into the weld pool and to conduct the AC hot wire current to it. The torch includes gas shielding; this serves to protect the heated wire as it enters the weld pool. Not compatible with AC TIG

• Wire Feed Accessory Kits

  Accessory kits for 0.045" & 0.062" wire diameters are included. Each kit consists of 4 Drive Rolls; Inlet Guide, Intermediate Guide, Outlet Guide, 6' Wire Conduit, Contact Tip, Nozzle, and Liner. Optional 0.035" kit sold separately

• Hot Wire Power Source

  The system features a contoured-wave, AC output. Experience has shown that the use of an AC power supply enhances the hot wire deposition and reduces arc-blow problems experienced with conventional hot wire systems using DC hot wire power. The power supply provides up to 280 amps of hot wire current.

• 3 Year Warranty

  Jetline systems are covered by our three-year limited warranty.
