• BKT Builders Kits

  Each kit includes a powered carriage, 9700T control, and a drawing package that allows the customer to manufacture the track and mounting columns. The carriage is designed to carry a welding process.

• Two Available Models

  The carriage rides on the track with three anti-friction bearing assemblies. Weight capacity of the carriage is 300 lbs. at 12 in. from the mounting face. Is built to provide accurate welding and travel speeds for heavy duty applications. The carriage rides on the track with urethane rollers. Weight capacity of the carriage is 1,000 lbs. at 12 in. from the mounting face

• Standard 9700T Control

  Provides programmable speed control with travel start and stop delay times, provides a closing contact to initiate and extinguish the welding arc, provides a contact for a pneumatic torch retractor to raise and lower torch into position.

• Included Drawing Package

  The drawing package includes detailed assembly instructions to make it easy to fabricate the side beam track and fixed mounting columns (up to 72 in. from bottom of the track to the floor). As an option, Jetline can build the complete system to match the customer’s application.

  Jetline systems are covered by our three-year limited warranty.
