The Hercules™ System — Built for Seamless Integration

Its design is nothing short of remarkable: two Miller power sources to maintain the welding arc, preheat the wire and increase weld speed; a specially formulated Hobart FabCOR® gas-shielded, metal-cored wire; and a Tregaskiss MIG gun with a secondary contact, all working together to form a unique system unlike any other in the industry.

Includes a traditional contact tip, along with an internal contact for pre-heating, which is crucial for increased deposition rates.

 

Tregaskiss® Hercules™ Water-Cooled Torch

Maximizes electrical conductivity and optimizes filler metal delivery. A higher duty cycle enables the torch to handle the Hercules process with ease.

 

Hobart® FabCOR® Hercules™ Filler Metal Wire

A unique and proprietary formulation developed to achieve the Hercules higher deposition rates and faster travel speeds.

 

Auto-Continuum™ 500 Power Source

The primary automation power source for Hercules that can execute all our advanced processes — RMD®, Accu-Pulse®, Versa-Pulse™ and tailorable wave forms.

 

Continuum™ Cooler

Provides the cooling for the Tregaskiss Hercules water-cooled torch.

 

XMT® CC/CV Power Source

A secondary power supply that precisely controls the pre-heating of the Hobart Hercules filler metal wire. Also delivers more power to increase the speed of the weld.

 

Hercules™ Drive

Dedicated to Hercules for providing precision high-speed wire feed.
