About The Heavy Duty Argon/CO2/Helium Flowmeter, 30 PSIG
Heavy-Duty flowmeter are designed to operate at inlet pressures of 30 PSIG . They can be attached to regulators or pipeline installations. Features include an extra-long flow tube made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate resin. Flow tubes have a unique ball guide which centers the ball in the tube and keeps it centered (competitors use a ball floating in a non-centering tube which allows the ball to float off-center resulting in greater flows than the reading indicates).

Shatter-Resistant Multi-Scale Flow Tube
Tubes are made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate resin and feature multiple scales.
Unique Self-Centering Ball Guide
Miller-Smith’s exclusive ball-centering flow tube provides accurate flow readings even if tipped. Others use conventional guide where the ball floats off center causing the actual gas flow to be two times greater than indicated.
Rugged Protective Flowmeter Housing
Flow tubes are protected from accidental damage while offering unobstructed view of flow reading. Note: Protective housing available on 16530 and 16531 models only
