• TBK bench style track and carriage

  The TBK Bench style track is made from a ridged aluminum extrusion. The carriage rides on the track using hardened V-way wheels. Weight capacity of the carriage is 50 lbs. at 6 in. from the mounting face. Tracking accuracy of the carriage along the track will be ± 0.015 in.

• Carriage options

  Non-powered carriages. Best used for positioning weld head assembly over a lathe, turning rolls, or other fixturing equipment when the part is under the carriage. Powered Carriages are used for linear welding applications and are available in multiple speed ranges to meet the needs of your application. Can be used for positioning non-powered carriages.
