When removing a lithium-ion battery from a device, be sure not to disassemble, puncture, or crush the battery. Keep the battery in a well-ventilated, dry area out of direct sunlight. Improper disposal of batteries can pose fire, injury, and environmental hazards. Always follow all warnings, instructions, and safety protocols before disposing of any battery packs. Take precaution when a battery pack shows signs of fault, such as swelling, leaking, unusual odors, excessive heat, or visible damage.

Do not place lithium-ion batteries in the garbage or the general recycling bin.
