Bernard’s Centerfire™ consumables system offers copper heavy-duty contact tips, nozzles, and diffusers with flush tip position and tapered nozzles. Enjoy smooth gas flow, easy tool-free replacement, and up to three times longer life for consistent, low-spatter welds.

Wide Variety and Selection
Threaded nozzles come in a variety of materials, shapes and bore sizes. Tip placement options include 1/4" or 1/8" recess, flush or 1/8" stickout.
Smooth Gas Flow
Spatter shield within nozzle holds tip in place, protects diffuser and directs gas evenly with reduced turbulence.
No Tools Required
No tools required to replace nozzle or contact tip with unique Centerfire design.
Extended Service Life
Rugged nozzles include a ceramic insulator for extended life, withstand heat and abuse.
