APPLETON, Wis. — In response to the tornado that impacted Appleton and surrounding communities, Miller® and ITW have committed $1 million over the next two years to support local response and long-term recovery efforts.
The funds will support the Community Response Fund, a partnership between United Way Fox Cities, the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, and the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. Through trusted local organizations, the fund will help address immediate needs and support the long-term recovery ahead.
“Miller has been part of the Appleton community for nearly a century, and this is our home,” said Dave Lambert, Miller Group President. “While we are deeply grateful that our employees are safe, we know many of our neighbors are facing significant loss and disruption. This commitment reflects our responsibility to stand with our community not only during the immediate response, but throughout the recovery ahead.”
