Built for What’s Next — Miller Brings New Welding Solutions to FABTECH 2026

APPLETON, Wis. (September 21, 2026) — Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, a leading manufacturer of arc welding equipment, alongside Hobart Filler Metals, Bernard and Tregaskiss, will showcase its latest welding, automation and safety solutions at FABTECH 2026, taking place Oct. 21–23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees can experience the latest technologies firsthand at booth #S29043.

From advancements in welding equipment and automation to new solutions designed to support productivity, visibility and safety, this year’s lineup gives fabricators the opportunity to explore technologies built for the challenges of today’s welding environments.

First Looks at FABTECH 2026

  • Copilot™ Builder™ With Blue iQ™ powered by NovAI: Developed in collaboration with Novarc Technologies, the new Miller® Copilot Builder with Blue iQ is designed to help fabricators bring robotic welding to applications that have traditionally been difficult to automate due to part variation, fit-up inconsistencies, tack welds and the challenges associated with large, complex fabrications.
  • Bernard® Wingman™ and Tough Gun™ Semi-Automatic MIG Guns: FABTECH attendees can get a first look at upcoming additions to the Bernard semi-automatic MIG gun portfolio. Designed with the needs of welders and demanding production environments in mind, the new guns expand the range of solutions available to help operations improve performance, comfort and productivity.
  • Tregaskiss® Atlas™ ThruArm MIG Torch Accessories: New accessories for the Atlas robotic MIG welding torch give manufacturers additional options to configure their robotic welding systems around their application and production needs. 
     

Welding Solutions:

  • Deltaweld® 600: Built for demanding industrial manufacturing environments, the Deltaweld 600 adds more power to the reliable Deltaweld platform. When paired with compatible Intellx™ wire feeders, the system provides simplified setup and advanced pulsed MIG capabilities to help operators produce consistent welds while improving productivity.
  • Venture™ 150 T: Take welding with this lightweight, battery-powered TIG/stick welder designed for work in remote, power-limited environments. Powered by swappable batteries engineered specifically for welding, the Venture 150 T reduces setup and pack-up time while providing the precision and control needed for TIG applications.
  • Millermatic® 211 PRO: Built for professionals, the Millermatic 211 PRO combines a 15-foot MIG gun with digital Auto-Set™ technology for faster, more accurate setup. Dyna-Pulse™ adds pulsed MIG capability for cleaner welds and greater arc control, especially on thin-gauge material. USB-enabled software updates help keep the machine current as welding needs evolve.
  • Multimatic® 215 PRO: When professionals need versatility from a single machine, the Multimatic 215 PRO combines MIG, DC TIG, flux-cored and stick capabilities with Auto-Set™ technology and an intuitive digital interface. Pulsed MIG (Dyna-Pulse™) and pulsed TIG were recently added for cleaner welds and greater arc control. The machine’s portable design and multiprocess capabilities give operators the flexibility to tackle a variety of welding applications.  
  • Millermatic® 255 Auto-Line™: Designed for manufacturing and fabrication environments, the Millermatic 255 Auto-Line expands input power flexibility to 208–575 volts while providing MIG and pulsed MIG capabilities. Advanced features and an intuitive interface help simplify setup and support productivity and weld quality across a range of applications.
  • ArcCapture™ Weld Camera System: Compact, portable and easy to install, ArcCapture provides clear, high-definition views of the welding arc in real time. In schools and training centers, instructors can project live demonstrations, remotely observe individual welds and provide guidance without crowding the booth — giving every student a clear view of the weld. In manufacturing and automation, ArcCapture integrates with robotic and automated welding systems for real-time process monitoring, inspection and quality assurance. Standard and Wi-Fi models provide flexible connectivity, with Wi-Fi enabling multi-device streaming to phones, tablets and computers.
     

Filler Metal Solutions:

  • Fabshield® FE80 and FE81: The latest additions to the Fabshield filler metal portfolio are designed to deliver dependable welding performance for demanding applications. Fabshield FE80 is designed for flat and horizontal welding, making it ideal for column splice and moment connections. Fabshield FE81 extends that same performance to all-position welding, offering the control required for moment and truss connections. These wires deliver the speed you wish for and the weldability you need.
  • Hobart® SubCOR™ Wire: Engineered to maximize productivity in submerged arc welding applications, SubCOR metal-cored wires help fabricators achieve higher deposition rates and faster travel speeds while maintaining dependable welding performance. SubCOR92-S is a low alloy wire designed for high strength applications. SubCOR EM13K-S MOD is formulated to maintain excellent mechanical properties at high heat inputs without sacrificing weld strength or toughness.  
     

Welding Safety Solutions:

  • ClearLight™ 4x Lens Technology for PAPR II and SAR: ClearLight 4x Lens Technology is expanding to additional respiratory protection solutions, giving more welders a clearer, brighter and more realistic view before, during and after the weld. Improved visibility helps operators see the weld puddle and surrounding work area more clearly while maintaining respiratory protection.
  • Updated SAR Head Assemblies: Three updated supplied air respirator head assemblies will be on display, offering welders additional options designed around comfort, visibility and respiratory protection. Now available with T94i-R™, T94iR™-XL and T94iH-R™ head assemblies.
  • Digital Performance™ Series Throttle™ and Desert Skull™ Helmets: Two new graphics bring fresh looks to the Digital Performance Series helmet lineup. The Throttle and Desert Skull designs pair distinctive graphics with the visibility, comfort and performance welders expect from Miller welding helmets.
