A 100% freehand plasma cut/drawn and metal fabricated, accent grinds, LED lighted, translucent powder coated, airbrushed, & assembled here at CMA!🇺🇸
Size: 4' wide, 34" tall, 6" deep
Using new 18 and 16 gauge cold rolled metal hand cut all frame sections, and back portion.
I draw on the sheet metal by hand with a sharpie marker then freehand plasma cut all (using a small Miller plasma cutter)! Fabricate all pieces by hand and Mig weld all together, then grind all to perfection with a angle grinder and make the detailed accent grinds. Once again assemble the mock-up installing all little pieces I've made. Then I begin powder coating it all and airbrush where needed, then clear over all pieces. Final assembly is then started which is very causiously performed to completion ready to hang on the wall!
16 and 18 gauge new cold rolled metal, and some copper.
Basically it's all done with regular tools and machines in most house garages. I use a small Extreme Miller plasma cutter and a small Lincoln welder, Bosch and Makita angle grinders, small hand held air grinders, powder coating, airbrushing.
