Project Title
Sugar Scrub Sampling Table

Project Submitted: 9/1/2016
Project Description:
Here I have constructed a Rinsing Table for Sugar Scrub sampling. The table consists of a stainless steel bowl so corrosion shall not be an issue, as well as a valve that stops the feed from the bowl to a removable reservoir to carry away waste water. The body of the table consists of steel tubes for weight reduction and elegance. The whole table comes apart into three pieces for easy transport. The table consists of hand forged steel scrolls all welded together to form an extremely strong web that water and sugar can pass through without being unsightly and sticky. This table took around 9 months to manufacture.
Build Process:
TIG (GTAW)
MIG (GMAW)
Forge
Cut Saw
Plasma Cutter
Grinder (Die, Angle)
