This is a solar panel tracer built from scrap 6 inch drill stem pipe and square tubing. This automatically tracks the sun from east to west
Joined 2 pieces of scrap inch drill stem for the support beam using my gas welder then welded the square support tubing using my mig welder. Using a linear actuator from a satellite dish and joint mechanism also from a satellite dish. Tracker sensor purchased from Red Rok. Works perfectly.
Hobart Iron Man 230 (New)
Metal miter saw, Red Rock sensor, Linear actuator from old satellite dish, moveable mechanism from old satellite dish, concrete to secure pole, GE solar panels (6). Solar panel wiring, Kaco inverter.
