Project Description:
BBQ Puller for Pulling 10lb Pork Shoulders for Pulled Pork Barbque
Build Process:
Cut 6" disc out of 1/8 304 SS plate with Spectrum 625 Plasma.
Cut 6 pcs of 1/4" 304 SS Rod to 6" Long
Cut 1 Pc of 3/8" 304 SS Rod to 16" Long
Weld as Pictured.
Usage -
After pork shoulder is smoked to an internal temp of 200 deg F, wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.
Remove bone.
Put in a 30 qt pot and put puller on cordless drill, using low speed.
Meat will be shredded in about 30-45 seconds.
