Use It On 120 Or 240 Volt Input Power
Miller's Multi Voltage Plug (MVP™) allows you to connect to common 120 or 240 V power receptacles without the use of any tools. Simply chose the plug that fits the receptacle and connect it to the power cord.
Utilizes Latest Inverter Technology
By utilizing an inverter-based AC/DC power source, a more efficient (less energy is used) and consistent welding arc is provided compared to older transformer based TIG machines.
Torch Designed for Maximum Operator Comfort
The package comes standard with a Diversion Series foot control and the Weldcraft A-150 TIG torch. This 150 amp, air-cooled torch features a compact and durable design ideal for both the professional and hobbyist welder. The Diamond Grip head design has ergonomic contact points for thumb and fingers, provides a more comfortable grip and reduces operator fatigue.
Light Weight = Portability
Whether it's in the shop, garage or at the race track, at only 50 lbs it can be taken anywhere. You can't do that with those heavy transformer machines!
Reduce Noise, Maintenance and Operating Costs.
Our Fan-On-Demand™ cooling system only operates when needed. This cuts down on fan noise, along with reducing power consumption and contaminants drawn into the machine.
Eliminate Waste of Expensive Shielding Gas
Our Auto-Postflow feature optimizes postflow time based on welding amperage. This allows for proper shielding of both the weld end zone and electrode every time without waste of gas or need for adjustment.
Dependable Arc Starts
Provides HF, non-contact arc starting to eliminate tungsten and material contamination time after time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Machine for the Job! I bought this machine to repair leather cutting dies for two local manufacturing plants. The dies are thicker on the backside and taper to a sharp edge on the front. The "180" performs perfectly and the foot pedal gives me complete arc control. I own three Miller welding products and needless to say I'm a very satisfied customer.

I could'nt be more satisfied with this purchase, the welder does everything we hoped it would do. Thanks, Miller

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great welder at a reasonable price I recently purchased the miller diversion 180 for some mild fabrication work. The machine is well built and easy to use especially for the beginner welder. It welds both steel and aluminum with ease and the transition is push button. In my opinion the only downfall is not having detachable leads. With that said the leads are very durable and I have not had a problem packing it up going mobile with it. Another amazing feature is the 110/220v power converter. All in all great machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect small shop TIG I have had this welder for almost a year, its been put through the paces from stainless and mild to aluminium . from repairing fuel cells and frames to making tube roof racks and decorative deck rails from 10 - 180 amps I haven't had any issues....... wouldn't say that about the red box this replaced, go blue you wont be disappointed.
