Features

ArcReach Technology
Exclusive ArcReach technology uses the existing weld cables to communicate changes in voltage settings. With an ArcReach system, voltage and wire-feed-speed controls are conveniently located at the operator’s fingertips – not back at the power source.
Increased Productivity
More arc-on time and reduced exposure to workplace hazards for operators can be realized using ArcReach because less time is spent going back to the welding power supply to set process and arc voltage.
Auto-Process Select™
System automatically returns to Dimension setting when ArcReach communication is terminated. For example, if the Dimension is set to gouging at 650 amps and an ArcReach feeder is connected, the Dimension will go to a MIG/FCAW process. If the feeder is disconnected, the Dimension will go back to its previous setting (gouging at 650 amps).
Primary Power Connection
One easy connection allows six welders to be connected with one primary power drop.
Environmental Protection
Meets IP23, which is more stringent than IP23S or IP23M ratings, providing the most reliable outdoor package.
Protected from the elements
The electrical junction box is located well under the galvanized roof panel. Rack roof panel and power source shelves are fabricated from galvanized steel and painted for added protection in harsh environments.
Protected Electrical Connections
Liquid-tight strain reliefs provided on both welding power source and electrical junction box. Strain relief is designed to resist salt water, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents.
Easy to move
Lifting eyes simplify transportation using crane or overhead lifting device. Lift truck side and end fork pockets in base to enable loading and worksite repositioning with fork lift
Work Terminal
Isolated work terminal provides a convenient connection point for common workpiece construction.
Running Gear (Optional)
This racks can be equipped with optional running gear. The large five-inch diameter wheels enables the rack to be moved over grating and driveway gravel.
