240V Input Power
Uses 240V input power! Enough power to tackle any size job.
Fan only operates when needed reducing noise and power consumption.
Angled All Aluminum Drive System
Robust wire drive with Quick Select™ drive roll and calibrated tension knob creates consistent feeding and easy setup for up to 15-foot MIG guns. The Quick Select drive roll offers three grooves- two for different size solid wire and a third for flux-cored wire.
This technology provides a smooth, spatter-free start. The best starting machine in its class! No more pop-gun starts or spatter to clean up.
Auto Spool Gun Detect™
Automatically detects when a MIG gun or spool gun is connected eliminating the need for a switch.
Thermal Overload & 'Tip Saver' Short Circuit Protection

Reviews & Ratings

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointed I purchased this machine as a replacement Machine and I don't want to be too hard on this machine as it does weld very nice, However the soft start feature is a huge headache and causes major burnback issues and ruined tips when trying to apply a bunch of tack or small spot welds and for that reason I wish I had chosen a different machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine This is my small machine. I have my Millermatic 252 set up to Spray for heavier materials. For the price of the 190, it made sense to buy it to use for smaller stuff and save time on wire, gas and consumable change out on my 252. The 190 runs great! I actually use it more than my big machine. Light, portable and easy to move around. I recommend it.
