I thought it wasnt recommended to have any more than two torsion axles on a trailer? Something about if you put three on there it would load wrong and possibly damage one of the axles.

My Dexter torsion axles came with a bracket that bolts to the axle. I welded the bracket straight to the frame.
Can't comment on the three axle comment, but will be interested to see the replies.
I would like to know what type of JIG Andy used.

The axle question I have seen trailers by Alumalite with 3 torsion axles. They build alot more than I so I would assume from that there no problem.
Andy,,,,,,very nice trailer. By the way, your welding well its pretty good.. Just kidding its AWESOME as usual.
Keep up the good work.

scroll down to page 7 to trailer design considerations. It say torflex axles should not be used in situations requiring more than two axles.hh 187.
