Here is my shop setup. I think the cart may be an original Miller accessory but i'm not sure. Old but still running strong.

Old......old??? That T'bolt is the exact same model as mine. It can't be that old.
I couldn't make out the first two letters on the serial. They will tell you the year it was made. Mine was new in '88.
