going a little bigger is always nice if you can aford it, i love my lil 125C but got it due to no air at the time and realy wish i had waited and went with the 375 for the extra cut capasity.
keep in mind the 375Xtream also has a shorter torch cable on it, so that could be a concern. in a shop the longer reach could come in handy.
