Where is the best place online to find current average prices for steel? I need prices for sheet metal as well as prices for square tubing and angle iron somewhere in Kansas, Oklahoma, or Texas. Thanks!

it changes all the time so its going to be difficult to get prices like that....I was recently at a supplier and he told me a while back brass prices were changing on a daily basis so the quote was only good for the day.....
Ive seen it for anywheres from $1 a pound to 1.25 a pound NEW and from .50 -.75 at the scrap yards -
these are just prices I have seen since sept 06 (CT)

Go to steel section in the online catalog. Some prices may not be completely current, but they will be close. I always call and get current ones anyway. This just gives me a range to look at.Don
