I recently had a suggestion that I should add T-Post pullers to the growing list of things I build at BB Farm Supply. Do any of you guys have any ideas on how to build these? I've seen them but never have had the chance to get close to one. I'd like to build one for the girlfriend's dad so I can keep my back in decent shape for a little while longer. Pulling them by hand is harder than **** on an old fat man like me!!

if you are pulling them get a high lift jack and a chain and do a double half hitch on the post and start to jack thats how i have done them

That’s exactly how we do it. In fact I have an operator for pulling them

You may want to download the product manual from HF and start specing yours out from there.
I just use the jack that I kept from 78 Ford LTD Wagon, my "Grisswalds Wagon". I just throw a chain around what ever I want to pull out and start racketting.

I was doing a little surfing around and found this little toy. Since we were on the subject of fence posts, thought I'd throw it in here. I could have used one of these a few years ago. Had to rebuild the fence on about 200 acres. SSS
