Hello everyone, this is an excellent place and great resource. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with meat locker railings, such where to find the railings, anything special needed for the USDA, and any tips or tricks that might be helpful. Thanks Mitch
Also any ideas on a kill cage that will be buffalo proof too.

I would start out with the USDA for guidelines. I used to work in a sheetmetal shop and we made a lot of stuff for the local packing plant. Everything was made from stainless steel or USDA approved Nylon. Even the grease and paint is regulated. Sorry i can't help more i was never in the plant...Bob
