Take a look at the Hobart Welding Message Board. I am not trying to take the thunder from Millers Web Site, but this board only has about 800 members while Hobart has 7523 (More members, more ideas....)
http://www.hobartwelders.com/mboard/index.php
BTW: Is Miller and Hobart the same company ?

Projects
Our Motorsports Board is pretty good general welding and project-wise and doesn't necessisarily seem to be heavily focused on Motorsports http://www.millermotorsports.com/mboard/ and we also have a few plans on http://www.millerwelds.com/education/projects/ I'm actually adding 3 more projects now that will be available at the end of the month (We'll also be adding plans for a gate, probably in another month or so) and then there's an welding idea gallery on http://www.millerwelds.com/education/projects/gallery/ with just a ton of project ideas, for all skill levels.
Of course if you run into snags or have any questions, feel free to post them on the message boards. (Projects, Motorsports or Weld Talk) Our members are very helpful and knowlegeable.
Happy Welding!
PS: Yes, Hobart and Miller are both owned by ITW.
