Speaking of tying stuff with ss filler, I roasted a peppered salami on the bbq last night. Stuffed a piece of 3/8" 316 ss tubing through er, put that onto a length of 1/4" cold rolled round, and volia! BBQ'd salami.
You might be a weldor if you've done this.

you make a stricker holder with a 6013
you go to your local hardware store to measer there smoker bbq so you can build it
