Aluminum Truck mounted cabinet doors are double sided, .200 plate with .110 box(1 1/2 deep) welded inside for support and to hold paddle latch. I want to TIG the box back onto the inside of the door without bubbling or messing up the paint on the outside of the door. Years ago used wet rags and tack welded. I've heard of products like 'Anti Heat', 'Cool Blue', and 'Heat Vent'. Question 'What is the best product and/or procedure to keep from destoying the painted surface on the outside while I weld the inside?'
Thanx in advance
