Question Torch hookup issue Dialarc HF

Bought a older Dialarc hf the other day has a water cooled tig torch
that had a large fitting on gas hose. But machine has the small fittings
like the size of the water like 3/8 or so. What has been changed?
is there something missing? Will a different air tourch work? Thanks

    thanks.

Tig block goes to your elecrode output stud, , fits the air cooled tig torch, and with a smaller hose going to your gas adaptor on your machine. You'll need a short chunk of gas hose with fittings as well

    Default Tig block

Hate to be so dense but on the welder it has two large studs one on left says work! The other says electrode! Is work the ground? And electrode the tig where the tig block goes? And does the gas out connection go to the small side of the tig block? If so there must be a small jumper gas hose right? Thanks

Well you have a switch to reverse the polarity, however work clamp goes to the left, tig torch to the right, I mentioned you'll need a "short chunk of gas hose" for the machine and tig block.
