    Default Millermatic 130

    Hello all,
I have a miller 130 that I can only weld with the voltage set on 3 or 4 because the welder only feeds wire if the feed speed is set at 80 or higher. I opened the cover and verified the spool doesn't turn at all at any speed below 80. Any ideas on what this could be?

You may need to adjust/tighten the tension on your drive rollers. The rollers may need to be cleaned first.

Nothing turns until the speed dial hits 80 even the feed rollers. I believe something is wrong with the control board.

    Default mm 130

Need a serial number (age). Miller made different versions of this. One was a 130 auto arc, and had no handle, the other, has a carrying handle on top. Which do you have?
