Nice work! BTW I love your truck! I would love to build one like that! Couple questions, what is the difference between AR500 and Hardox 500? Also, how did you get the curve in it? I am trying to get a shop to roll some 3/8" AR500 and they won't do it. Wish I had my own roller! Thanks, Brian

Bumped it in press brake.Made the radius. My steel supplier it does,I believe the brake is like 300 ton.I,m told hardox is better.Cant give a opinion on that.

I always thought Hardox was just a brand name for wear plates & bars? I have nothing to back that up though. Something to investigate.

Admweld, Most of the buckets I come across the sides and the floor are even so I take my wear bars and overhang them about 1/2" each side, I see yours is a little different.

I like the plates you put between the teeth, I cant say I have ever done that, Unfortunately I only get about 1-2 buckets a year to rebuild

The lower strips on the cheeks that follow the heel radius where overhung below the wearbars on the heel.Per the owner/operators request on this bucket.I do about 6-12 buckets a year. Some just base edges and shanks.Others complete heel and base edge.
