    Default Millermatic 350P

    Trouble shooting help?
symptoms......help 3 with or without multiple guns either attached or unattached
    even after system reset!

Open circuit voltage good at 82volts!

    IGBT's testing at 100ohms

    Input cap's good

One issue is R11 wants to heat and burn out and R12 also gets hot!

I have some other machines to steal parts from to try but want a idea of what to look at swapping!

I guess I'm wondering if I have a problem with the S1 or SR1 or the contactor?

The D1 and D2 test good also!

    Any help would be appreciated?

Sounds like more than one problem.

    Start with R11 and R12

    Checking Resistors R11 And R12
    1 Check R11 and R12, resistance
    should be approximately 40 ohms.
    If resistors are damaged, check
contactor W and wiring to contactor.

39.5 ohms on R11 and 39.4ohms on R12 checked with a fluke meter!

If you have a help 3 error, how can you have OCV? This code is for accidently closing the gun trigger during start up or no OCV when trigger is pulled? With an error weld current is shut off. Plus you were saying R11 wants to burn out.

Could the points in the contactor be fused together?

pull the trigger and won't go into jog mode!
check ocv at same time and get 82v then the machine shows a help 3!
