Default " BlueStar 2E AC/DC Welder Generator" fair market value?

Been looking for a welder/generator for light fabrication and repair work around my place. Found an old BlueStar 2E for $800 should I jump on it or pass?

If the machine is clean, starts and runs well, idles up and down and makes elect power that's a fair price. I wouldn't pay any more for it unless it's never been used or it has undergone a complete restoration/rebuild.
How much weld lead comes with it?
I recently purchased a bluestar 2E DC myself. It is a very nice welder. It runs 7018 and 6010 rod very well. Handy little machines.
