Default trailblazer 301g stator/rotor resistance values.

Where can I find the resistance values for the windings on this welder. Any help is appreciated. eratic welding but the generator side works perfect. Welder works great intermittently, then not at all. Thanks.

Well if the unit works intermitantly, its not a rotor or stator problem, cause if they lit you would not be welding period. I clean the rotor slip rings with a fine emory cloth sprayed with brakeclean with the unit running

    Default Tried that.

Thanks for the reply. We cleaned slip rings first. They are very clean and the brushes are in great shape. We were thinking that the rotor windings may be losing connection while it is spinning. What are we missing? Any suggestion on what to try? We have replaced Control PCB2.
SN: LE077989. has about 1000 hrs on it.
    Thanks.
