Default miller aead 200 le problems

Hey i have a 85 miller aead 200le serial # Jg137113 with a b48m onan engine. When i first bought it about a year ago it welded fine.. Now it seems like its losing power. Used to be able to weld a 5/32 7018(approximatley 165-175amps?) not it barely welds a 3/32
7018(100 amps max) ... And when i start welding and put a load on machine, engine boggs down n runs at low speeds almost to where it dies but hasent yet. And the engine is leaking oil from somewhere around the left side head cover.. Oil everywhere.. I havent cleaned the oil off to see where its comming from yet. I took the covers of the welder today and cleaned out a bunch of dirst, dust, grime, leaves, and dirt dobber nests. The fine tune rheostat had like some gunk caked up on it so i took a wire brush to it and looks alot better.. Pretty much cleaned everything... Havent tried to run it agin yet.. Thinking about trying to fix the oil leak before i run it anymore... Any thoughts or solutions to these problems would be much appreciated.. Thanks

One thing to think about is if a crankcase seal has blown I would check the breather to see if it was bad to. But see where the leak is at first.
