OK, the 325's fuel tank vent solinoid is mounted in a very bad place when temps exceed -30C. Plain and simple its freezing so it doesn't work. So either the engine simply doesn't work, runs erratic, or fills the engine up with fuel overnight when topped off

Only solution I can come up with in an insulated cover, or cut and cap the vent line, and with a micro drill bit, put a hole in the side and under the cap.


This problem has been evident on all the Lincoln Rangers (305G) over the last year of production
