Default Problem with my Spectrum 625 plasma cutter

Have a miller spectrum 625 plasma cutter
has been a great unit for the last 37 months
in the process of making a cut on 1/4 plate and it just shuts down, no lights nothing, I have got power all the way through the switch and to the PC board but not sure what to check next.
local airgas service center says to replace the board, but at $1000.00 thats a littel much, got to be something more to check than just replacing the board

I have had my Miller Matic35 for over 20 years with out one bit of trouble.
cant belive one month out of waranty its toste

A little known secret is that Miller will cover the $$part, and you pay for labour at a Miller certified shop

check your air pressure I have a 375 that did the same thing when the pressure was low.
