Im looking for a super flex red hose for my Diversion 180. If there is one out their, will i be able to hook it up to my welder without voiding the warranty?

here is the parts sheet..
the right part number MIGHT be
57Y01SFB . . . . . . . Cable, Power 12.5’ (3.8m), Braided, Black
But I would confirm that first... (it may need an adaptor and might not be as flexable as you seek) )
Here is a video on torch head replacement that will give you a better idea as to how it goes together
HTP does make an adaptor fitting to connect aftermarket torches to the Diversion..
that might be a simpler answer all the way around

Just another idea - which I used with my Diversion 165...
If you get an AW-430A coupler you can attach most any standard super flex cable onto the end of the hard wired Diversion cable. The Diversion cable can be left coiled up at the machine or used for extended reach. Just make sure you insulate the connection. I used a piece of heater hose over the splice and it worked fine.
p.s. Of course after a few weeks I disconnected the super flex hose and connected it to my new Dynasty 200DX
