Default Repaired Bell Crank for Lawn Tractor.

My friend and I fixed the bell crank for a lawn tractor for an elderly gentleman from his church. This is the same tractor as the muffler repair mentioned in another post.

The problem was that the hollow shaft had too thin of a wall so it broke off at the attachment point of the bell crank. Also one side had a nice reinforcement in addition to the flat plate of the bell crank and the side that failed didn't have the additional reinforcement. To repair the bell crank I milled out the old shaft and replaced it with a thicker one. I also added a reinforcement to the side that originally didn't have one.
