Default Lets see pictures of your band saws

Here's my Ellis 1600 when it was almost new. I have enjoyed working with the saw, it's accuracy is amazing. I have gotten pretty good at figuring out how to clamp odd shaped work on it. I keep a pair of 12" vise grips by the saw for holding jobs the saw's vise can't hold properly and wood blocking to raise or put behind a work piece that has a bolt or something that keeps it from laying flat on the saw's table or up against the fence. I prop the head up with a 4X4 to keep pressure off the heads hydraulic lock and to keep the heads springs from stretching.

I'm always saying my Ellis is the heart of the my shop. I couldn't work with out it.
