I just got aHobart 210 MVP. today I was welding 16ga stainless exhaust pipe. Problem I have is I don't know how to convert gauge to fraction or millimeter when trying to find my settings in the Miller Weld Settings app.
Can anyone tell me of an app for this conversion

You can buy a gage tool from your local supplier. It is made by Miller. 16 ga is .0598 thick.

buy one of these and just measure the piece. Measures in inches and in millimeters.

If you have an IPhone you can download an Pp called IEngineer for free and it has a fraction chart in it. Really handy.
