Default I needed a sod cutter so I brought out the plasma and the MM180

If you should need to make a handle a 1" EMT conduit is a perfect drive on fit over a 3/4" BP nipple.

I beveled the 3/4" nipple's edge, laid the blade down on the welding table with the 3/4" angle iron flange looking down and could only drive the 1" EMT on the nipple about two inches with my 8 lb sledge. It didn't need to be welded or bolted on the handle fits so tight. I think what stopped it from going on farther is the shaved galvo on the inside caking up.
