Hi i have a Miller Air Cut Plasma but cant find any instructions for it when it is switched on it will only work when i hold a toggle switch up on the front so something must be wrong anyone heard of this machine it 3 phase thanks

Before you expect an answer from a qualified tech here, you will have to work a little harder...
first, get and post the serial number with the question... may be with that serial number you'll be able to find manuals and instructions on this site.
it will be a good idea to cut power, remove the cover and inspect the switch that seem faulty .
a 3 phase machine will not work on single phase.

I have to agree I can not find any information on a AirCut plasma cutter Miller has ever made. You would have to come up with a serial number or stock number to be able to help you out.
