Miller Thunderbolt XL 225/150

I have a 6 year old Miller Thunderbolt XL 220/150. It has been used only a handful of times. I generally unplug it when I am not using it.

I have not used it in the past 2 or 3 years.

I plugged it in today and it would not turn on. I looked on the back to see if there was a re-set but there is none.

Can anyone give me any ideas? If I open the cabinet, is there a fuse inside?

Any ideas or advice would be greatly needed.

Probably a case of no 230Vac input power
