maxxstar 200 broke

Maxxstar 200 was running fine then nothing. Lws says all three boards got fried electrician went thru panel and my extension sees no issues. How does something like this happen.(asking cause the boss likes to blame me) thanks in advance

Need more info. The 200 is a auto link machine. What kind of panel was it wired to ?? Did you use a extension cord from power source panel to machine ??
Direct wire ? Plug end on 200 machine cord ? Bare cord end to be wired ?

Whats the error code, or do you have zero display

Sorry it's got zero display. Also machine is using a heavy 50ft extension with 30 amp plugs. Electrician on the job has outlet hooked up to a designated 40 amp breaker.
