That's why I tig only in the garage. No sparks.
Im continually afraid of that in my 2 car attached garage. Mig and Stick are outside only items for me.

I've set clothing on fire with grinders, never with welding.

I've started fire from nothing but heat, not to mention sparks.
You could hardly be too safe.
Pretty hard to beat having a legitimate insurance policy in force as well.
