Heavy duty winch mount

Built a winch mount to add on a truck at work. 12,000 pound Warn winch mounted on 3/8" plate bolted from frame rail to frame rail with 3/8" front plate and braces and a 6" channel across the back to stiffin it up. In front of that is a piece of 8" channel to make a bumper stiffiner before putting on the bumper and rollers. winch bumper 1.jpgwinch bumper 2.jpg
