Hey guys, Im looking to buy a pipe bender that will make 90's using 1.5" aluminum with NO creases. Any reccomendations.

Get a Hossfeld, or clone. About $800 including a set of dies for what size you want. Try American Bender. I like mine and do a lot of tube bending with it. I don't do a lot of aluminum though.

....and you're bending pipe or tube?...(there is a difference)

.....and parent stock is welded or DOM?

...and the CLR (centerline bend radius)...is?

....and the bend accuracy desired...is?

.....and the wall thickness...is?

....and the type and grade of the 'amuminum'....is?

...and the 'NO creases' requirement allows for wall thinning?
....cosmetic appearance?
....any distortion?

....and the end use ....is?

Addressing these questions on the front end, saves problems on the back end

Its for the t top on my boat. Dont need anadized ganna be powder coated.

I see electrians bend aluminum conduit all the time with a Greenlee Conduit bender with no kanks.

I bend mine on a JD2 bender. Pro-Tools has about the same thing.
I bend 1 1/2" sch 40 6063 T-4 up to
180 degrees
If you try to bend T-6 it will break unless you an anneal it.
You have to get the Delrin following dies or it will scar the material beyond use.
