Has anyone ever converted a regular 5th wheel hitch to a slider hitch. If so do u have any dos and donts stuff u wish u would had done but didn't. My plan is to get a stick of 2" .25 wall and make a square frame and on the hitch I'm gonna put some 2.5x.25 wall to slide up and down. Im gonna use 4 .625. Also going to make it go in to my b&w turn over ball.
